TWI has partnered with Los Angeles Trade Technical College to create a Rail Systems Technology Program. The two-year program offers both certificates and degrees that help students aboard the fast track to becoming rail vehicle technicians. The project is funded in part by the Federal Transit Administration’s (FTA) Innovative Public Transportation Workforce Development Grant.
